Coaching Philosophy
We will focus on whatever makes you feel most alive and empowered. Through the pursuit of these desires, you will become aware of the places that you are not living in alignment with your heart. We will work together in partnership to end unhelpful patterns (karmas) and release energies that hold you back.
The heart, mind, and body must all act as one. None can be ignored to reach your ultimate potentiality.
I will act as guide, resource, mentor, friend to laugh with, soft heart to cry with, and fierce warrior who calls you forth.

Every coaching partnership is bespoke, specifically designed for you. That said, these are some guidelines that stay true throughout every partnership.
